In what cases can I proceed with a product return?
First of all, thank you for your preference and trust.

You have the right of withdrawal of purchases made exclusively from our online store:

·       If the order you have received from us does not satisfy you

·       If the product is defective or has suffered damage before receiving it

·       If you have changed your mind

·       If you received an incorrect order

·       If it has not been more than 14 calendar days since the date of delivery.

What are the conditions for making the return?

·       The product(s) must not have been damaged or modified by you.

·       No marking or label should have been removed.

·       Along with the product(s) and the packaging you must send us and invoice or proof of purchase.

·       Then fill out the return form and send the product along with all the above well packed.

In the event that one of these is not complied with, the refund policy cannot be carried out.

What happens if the product is defective?
After you send us your purchase, the competent department proceeds to a check. If it is found that there is damage, we will replace the product.

What do I fill in on the refund form?
Completing the return form is an easy process where you simply fill in the order number, the reason for the return and the action you want to take (Exchange or Request a refund).

*If the new product has a higher price and you choose to pay the difference by cash on delivery, there is no additional charge.

Who bears the shipping cost?
The first exchange from Greece is FREE.

For exchanges within Greece, the transfer from you to us is charged 4.5€. For changes from Cyprus, the shipping is carried out by a courier of your choice at your expense.

If there is a defective product, or has been damaged until received or you received the wrong product, the cost is borne by our company.

What is the process of a refund?
After we have received the product(s) within 14 calendar days, we will initiate the refund either through the bank where the payment done or by sending us the IBAN of the financial institution of your choice. This procedure involves a cost of 4.5€.

How is my return or exchange shipped?
You send us the product(s) along with all the above-mentioned documents in a package with the shipping company you received your order with receiver charge (FIBES FASHION)

Can balance be credited to my account?
In case you wish to return your order or parts of it, but do not want to make new order we can credit the balance to your account for 14 calendar days. This service is charged at 4.5€.
